Bjorn3D has published a review of the Samsung CLP-510N color laser printer. At around $350 street price (the version without networking, the CLP-510, costs $100 less than that), this is the lowest priced color laser printer out there. Features include 1200 dpi resolution, duplex printing, 25ppm mono / 6ppm color print speed, 64 MB of RAM, 250 sheet paper tray, and more.
