Complaints are flooding in to Intuit's customer support as some users are having serious problems installing, running, and updating this year's version of TurboTax. Intuit blames the problem on third-party security products such as virus scanners and firewalls interfering with TurboTax. Some customers are so frustrated that they have sworn never to purchase TurboTax again.
